ERC-20
ERC-20 is a technical standard used for creating tokens on the Ethereum blockchain. It stands for Ethereum Request for Comment 20 and was proposed in 2015 by Fabian Vogelsteller.
ERC-20 tokens are fungible, meaning that each token is identical and interchangeable with any other token of the same type. They can be used for a variety of purposes, such as representing assets, digital identities, or utility within a decentralized application (dApp).
