Inmutable data
In crypto, immutable data refers to information that is permanently recorded on the blockchain and cannot be modified or deleted. The blockchain is a distributed ledger that maintains a transparent record of all transactions made on the network.
Once a block is added to the blockchain, it becomes an integral part of the permanent record, and any attempt to modify its contents would require changing the unique cryptographic hash associated with the block, which would be detected by the network. Therefore, the use of cryptographic hashes ensures the immutability of the data on the blockchain, which enhances the security and integrity of the network.
