Large Cap
“Large Cap” refers to cryptocurrencies with a high market capitalization, which is determined by dividing the current price of a crypto asset by the total number of coins in circulation. Compared to smaller-cap ones, large-cap crypto assets frequently have higher levels of market activity and liquidity. Given their massive market capitalization and broad adoption, Bitcoin (BTC) and Ethereum (ETH) are good examples of large-cap cryptocurrencies. |
