Limit Sale
In the context of trading cryptocurrencies, a limit sale refers to an order made by a trader to sell a defined quantity of a digital asset at a given price or above. The order will be fulfilled only if the market price reaches the limit established by the trader will. A market sell, on the other hand, would execute the trade at the current market price.
Instead of maybe selling at a lower price in a market that is moving quickly, using a limit sell might enable traders lock in a certain price for their assets.
