Listing refers to the process of adding a particular cryptocurrency to a trading platform or exchange, allowing users to buy, sell, and trade that cryptocurrency. Listings are an important part of the cryptocurrency ecosystem as they provide liquidity and accessibility to a particular token or coin.
When a cryptocurrency gets listed on an exchange, it indicates that the exchange has carefully examined the project and technology behind the cryptocurrency and has decided that it satisfies specific listing requirements, such as having a strong community, enough liquidity, and a sustainable market.
