Volatility
Volatility refers to the fluctuation in the value of digital currencies, which can be extremely volatile, and can change rapidly in a short period of time. This is driven by a number of factors, including market sentiment, regulatory changes, and the overall stability of the cryptocurrency ecosystem.
Some investors view volatility as a risk, while others see it as an opportunity. High volatility can make it difficult to predict the future value of a coin, leading to significant losses. However, it can also create opportunities for traders who take advantage of price fluctuations to make quick profits.
